Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Spacend account and data at any time, directly in the app.
Delete in the app
- Open Spacend and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. If you use a password, you will be asked for it; with Sign in with Apple, you confirm with Apple.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in sessions and preferences.
- Every expense and income entry you recorded, including those in Spaces owned by others.
- The Spaces you own, with everything inside them, including other members’ entries in those Spaces.
- Receipts and photos, reminders, recurring bills and notification settings.
Other members’ accounts are not deleted. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel a Spacend Plus subscription, because it is billed by Apple. Cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions before or after deleting.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email support@spacend.app from the address linked to your account, asking us to delete it. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
What we keep
Only what the law requires, for as long as it requires (see the privacy policy). Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
